Terms and Conditions: The "Launchpad" Website & Social Bundle 1. The Offer Black Rocks Marketing ("The Agency") is offering a promotional bundle consisting of a new bespoke website design and one (1) month of complimentary social media content design ("The Offer"). This Offer is available to new clients who engage The Agency for a website design project. 2. Promotional Period This promotion is valid for enquiries made between 14 January 2026 and 28 February 2026. Any enquiries received after 28 February 2026 will not be eligible for this specific promotion. 3. Qualification Criteria To successfully qualify for the complimentary month of social media content, the Client must meet the following deadlines: Consultation: An initial discovery call or consultation must be completed. Deposit Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit for the agreed website project value must be received by The Agencyâs bank account no later than 7 March 2026. Failure to pay the deposit by this date will result in the forfeiture of the free social media content bonus and the website project will revert to standard pricing and terms. 4. Scope of the Complimentary Social Media Content The "1 Month Free Social Media Content" includes: Graphic design and caption copywriting for a standard month of content (defined as up to 10 static posts/graphics). Content will be designed using Instagramâs standard image size (1080 x 1350px), which is suitable for multiple platforms. Exclusions: This offer does not include social media management (publishing content, replying to comments/messages etc.), paid ad spend, video production/filming, or on-site photography unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate contract. The Client is responsible for publishing the content. The content provided will be strictly related to the brand associated with the new website project. 5. Delivery & Approval The social media content will be created in alignment with the website development timeline to ensure a cohesive launch. The Agency will provide the social media assets for Client approval prior to the website launch date. The Client is entitled to one (1) round of revisions on the social media creative assets. 6. Cancellation & Refunds If the Client cancels the website project after the deposit has been paid but before the website is completed, the complimentary social media offer is immediately void. If the social media content has already been delivered prior to a project cancellation, The Agency reserves the right to invoice the Client for the standard value of the social media work completed. 7. General Black Rocks Marketing reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice (though existing deposits paid will be honoured). This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. This offer is available in EU & UK.
