Terms and Conditions: The "March & April Eggstra Offer" Website & Email Marketing Setup 1. The Offer Black Rocks Marketing ("The Agency") is offering a promotional bundle consisting of a new bespoke website design and a complimentary email marketing setup ("The Offer"). This Offer is available to new clients who engage The Agency for a website design project. 2. Promotional Period This promotion is valid for enquiries made between 1 March 2026 and 30 April 2026. Any enquiries received after 30 April 2026 will not be eligible for this specific promotion. 3. Qualification Criteria To successfully qualify for the complimentary email marketing setup, the Client must meet the following deadlines: Consultation: An initial discovery call or consultation must be completed. Deposit Payment: A non-refundable 50% deposit for the agreed website project value must be received by The Agencyâs bank account no later than 7 May 2026. Failure to pay the deposit by this date will result in the forfeiture of the free email marketing setup bonus and the website project will revert to standard pricing and terms. 4. Scope of the Complimentary Email Marketing Setup The "Complimentary Email Marketing Setup" includes: Setup of one (1) new Email Service Provider (ESP) account (Client is responsible for their own ESP subscription). Design and setup of one (1) primary email template, styled and branded to align with the new website design. Creation and integration of one (1) website lead capture form (e.g., a newsletter sign-up form). Setup of one (1) basic welcome automation sequence (defined as up to 3 automated emails). Exclusions: This offer does not include ongoing email management, copywriting for regular newsletters or campaigns beyond the welcome sequence, paid advertising on email platforms, or the cost of the ESP subscription. The content provided will be strictly related to the brand associated with the new website project. 5. Delivery & Approval The email marketing setup will be completed in alignment with the website development timeline to ensure a cohesive launch. The Agency will provide the email template and welcome sequence details for Client approval prior to the website launch date. The Client is entitled to one (1) round of revisions on the email template creative assets. 6. Cancellation & Refunds If the Client cancels the website project after the deposit has been paid but before the website is completed, the complimentary email marketing setup offer is immediately void. If the email marketing setup has already been delivered prior to a project cancellation, The Agency reserves the right to invoice the Client for the standard value of the email marketing work completed. 7. General Black Rocks Marketing reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice (though existing deposits paid will be honoured). This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. This offer is available for EU & UK.
