No, we don't work on existing websites designed by someone else. The simple reason is that 99.9% of the time, the most efficient and cost effective solution is to start from scratch. Picking up where someone else left off is not our thing and often it takes as much time to redesign an old website and rectify issues than it does to begin afresh.
Yes, we can take design inspiration from an existing website you love. We will never plagiarise content and we always recommend putting your own stamp on it, but in terms of aesthetic and colour scheme, we can design the look you want.
There are no favourites as we have put as much care and attention into them all. Asking us which is our favourite website is like asking a parent which is their favourite child! With each business we work with we will learn something new and that is our favourite part about creating websites.
Despite the current popularity of AI, we don't use it when designing websites. We occasionally use it to help with written content, but we always revise it and make it more human. We can spot AI-written content a mile off and frankly a lot of it isn't very good! We appreciate that AI has its place, but we will always prefer the human element that AI simply can't offer.
Our mission is to fully understand what you want before we start your project. We will then design a website that prioritises user experience and delivers high-quality solutions to meet your style and needs. We index your website and keep an eye on the progress. This is something that a lot of designers don't or won't do. There's no point in having a website if it's not indexed. We also offer a lot of post-launch support, which again is not common among web designers.
We apply current techniques and best practices when designing your website. There are no shortcuts.

Firstly, you'll need to contact us to let us know you're interested. We'll arrange an informal meeting over coffee, or online, whichever is more suitable for you, to discuss your needs. After the meeting, we'll send you a detailed proposal and if you choose to work with us, the project can begin!
