Reviews are important to all businesses and we appreciate this is a duty that sometimes does not feel natural to ask customers to leave them.
We also get asked what if the review is not a good review, well these are important also. Sometimes you do not realise when you have made a mistake and this is your opportunity to rectify it with the customer and also to make sure it doesn't happen again.
